# Setting Label, Channel dll

Fitur ini memungkinkan Anda untuk dapat memberikan penanda khusus untuk setiap chat yang ada.

## **Bagaimana Cara Menambahkan Label di Socialchat ?**

1. Buka menu **“Pesan”,** lalu klik ikon **titik tiga** di samping kanan kolom pencarian.
2. Pilih opsi **“Kelola Label”.**

3. Klik tombol **“+”**

4. Masukan nama label yang akan digunakan.

5. Pilih warna untuk membedakan tiap-tiap label.
6. Atur **Lead Otomatis** jika perlu.

Dengan menambahkan ini chat yang menggunakan label tersebut, akan secara otomatis dimasukkan ke dalam pipelaed yang telah terpilih.

7. Atur **Label Otomatis** jika perlu.

Dengan menambahkan ini chat pelanggan yang mengandung kata tertentu, akan secara otomatis kontak tersebut akan diberi label yang telah ditentukan.

8. Lalu klik **“Simpan”.**

## **Bagaimana Cara Menghapus Label di Socialchat ?**

1. Buka menu **“Pesan”,** lalu klik ikon **titik tiga** di samping kanan kolom pencarian.
2. Pilih opsi **“Kelola Label”.**

3. Buka label yang akan dihapus.

4. Gulir kebawah, lalu klik **“Hapus”.**
