# Cara Beralih dari WhatsApp Business Biasa ke WhatsApp API (Coexistence)

Panduan ini menjelaskan langkah-langkah mengubah **WhatsApp Business biasa** (yang sebelumnya terhubung melalui QR/ WhatsApp Web) menjadi **WhatsApp API** di Socialchat **tanpa perlu mengganti nomor WhatsApp.**

Pastikan Anda telah memenuhi persyaratan berikut:

* Nomor WhatsApp sudah terdaftar sebagai **WhatsApp Business**
* Memiliki akun **Meta Business Manager**
* Akun Meta Business sudah **terverifikasi**
* Memiliki akses **Admin** pada Meta Business

## **Langkah-Langkah Mengubah WA Biasa ke WA API**

### **1️. Masuk ke Dashboard Socialchat**

* Login ke akun Socialchat
* Masuk ke menu **Integrasi Akun**
* Pilih tab **Integrasi Channel**

* Integrasi sebelumnya sebagai **WhatsApp biasa (QR / WhatsApp Web)** akan **otomatis terputus (disconnect)** di Socialchat
* Nomor tersebut sepenuhnya beralih menjadi **WhatsApp API** dan mengikuti ketentuan resmi WhatsApp API
