# Integrasi WhatsApp

Untuk mulai mengelola percakapan WhatsApp pada platform Socialchat, Anda perlu mengintegrasikan akun WhatsApp Anda terlebih dahulu. Integrasi ini memungkinkan semua pesan yang masuk dari pelanggan melalui WhatsApp ditampilkan secara langsung di dashboard Socialchat, sehingga lebih mudah untuk dikelola oleh tim.

## **Bagaimana Cara Mengintegrasikan Channel WhatsApp dengan Socialchat?**

1. Masuk ke menu **“Integrasi Akun”** pada sidebar kiri bawah, pilih tab **“Integrasi Channel”.**
2. Klik ikon **“+”** atau **“Lihat Integrasi”** pada bagian **WhatsApp.**

3. Klik **“+ Tambahkan WhatsApp”.**\
   Anda akan diarahkan pada tampilan form integrasi.

4. Isi data seperti Nama dan nomor WhatsApp yang akan dihubungkan.

5. **Scan kode QR WhatsApp Web.**
   * **Buka aplikasi WhatsApp** di ponsel.
   * Ketuk menu **titik tiga** di kanan atas (Android) atau menu pengaturan (iPhone).
   * Pilih **“Perangkat Tertaut”.**
   * Arahkan kamera ponsel ke QR Code yang muncul di Socialchat.
6. **Tunggu sampai proses koneksi berhasil.**
