# Integrasi Telegram

## **Bagaimana Cara Menghubungkan Telegram dengan Socialchat?**

1. Masuk ke menu **“Integrasi Akun”** pada sidebar kiri bawah, pilih tab **“Integrasi Channel”.**
2. Klik ikon **“+”** atau **“Lihat Integrasi”** pada bagian **Telegram.**

3. Klik **“+Tambahkan Telegram”.**

4. Masuk ke aplikasi Telegram, cari dan mulai chat dengan **@BotFather**

Gunakan fitur pencarian Telegram, lalu ketik **@BotFather** dan mulai percakapan dengan bot resmi dari Telegram untuk membuat bot baru.

5. Buat Bot Baru dengan Perintah /newbot

Ketik perintah /newbot di kolom chat, lalu kirim.

6. Isi Nama Bot dan Username.

* Masukkan nama bot (bebas sesuai keinginan).
* Lalu masukkan username bot yang unik dan diakhiri dengan kata bot.
* Salin Token API (Akses Token).
* Setelah selesai, @BotFather akan mengirimkan Token API. Token ini adalah kunci autentikasi bot Anda.

7. Masuk ke Menu **“Integrasi Akun”** di Socialchat pada Channel **“Telegram”.**
8. Tempelkan Token API dari BotFather.\
   Tempelkan Akses Token yang sudah disalin sebelumnya ke kolom yang disediakan di halaman integrasi Telegram Socialchat.
9. Klik Simpan dan Selesai.\
   Setelah menyimpan, bot Telegram Anda sudah terintegrasi dengan Socialchat dan siap menerima serta membalas pesan dari pelanggan.
