Credit AI merupakan biaya pemakaian fitur Asisten AI di Socialchat. Setiap kali AI membalas pesan, menganalisis percakapan atau melakukan aksi otomatis seperti memberikan label atau memindahkan lead, maka Credit AI akan berkurang. Credit AI tidak memiliki masa kadaluarsa, sehingga jika Credit AI tidak digunakan, maka Credit AI tidak akan berkurang maupun hangus.

* **Membalas Pesan Otomatis (Chatbot AI)** - 1 Credit AI per 1 pesan yang dikirim (per bubble).
* **Analisa Percakapan** - 1 Credit AI untuk setiap proses analisa yang dijalankan.
* **Generate Template WhatsApp API** - 1 Credit per generate.
* **Generate Q\&A** - 1 Credit setiap kali AI menghasilkan jawaban.
